This way the organization becomes the first Bulgarian company with shares in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
8 November 2021, Sofia – The leading IoT company Allterco (BSE: A4L) will now trade its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The expected date of admission to trading is November 19, 2021, and the first date for trading in Frankfurt – November 22, 2021. Thus Allterco becomes the first Bulgarian company whose shares are admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The listing of Allterco’s shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is yet another big step in the company’s development. It has been a public organization since 2016, when it stepped on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and to this day continues to develop extremely dynamically and successfully, both in Bulgaria and on the international market. After the reported high financial results in the first 9 months of 2021, the company’s shares rose, reaching a value of 24.20 BGN as of November 8, 2021. Trading in two markets will now give the company even greater chances to develop its potential, as more investors will have access to the shares.
