In the course of the registration the Board of Directors concluded that from an operational perspective, it is beneficial for the purposes of the new company to be managed by local individuals who have direct contact with the market. For this reason, currently, only Mr. Wolfgang Kirsch has been appointed as CEO of the German subsidiary and not together with Mr. Mirche Atanasovski as initially announced.
